Attendance & Class Policies
Q: What happens if only one student shows up to a class?

A: If only one student attends, the class will be conducted at 50% of the scheduled time.

Q: What if a class consistently has low attendance?

A: Clinic classes with two or fewer sign-ups may be canceled after two weeks. We will notify participants at least 48 hours in advance if this occurs.

A: Make-up classes are permitted within the same clinic session. We do not extend make-ups into future sessions unless a full session is purchased for the next cycle.

Q: Can I roll over unused classes?

A: Yes. Paid classes can be rolled over to the immediate next session if you purchase a full session for that next period.
Alternatively, the dollar value of unused classes may be credited toward private lessons with any of our coaches. Please contact our team to apply the credit and schedule a private lesson.

Q: Will I get a refund for a missed or canceled class?

A: We do not provide refunds.

A: If no students arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class will be canceled.
