Walter Preidikman, also known as Gringo, the Argentinian, was born in Buenos Aires on August, 7th, 1963.
At a young age he attended college in the USA on a tennis scholarship at the University Of Houston, setting foot on a path which is now the roots of Tênnis Route.
As a junior player he competed in tournaments such as the Orange Bowl, Banana Bowl, and the North American Junior circuit. After becoming a pro, he took part in ATP satellite circuits in Brazil, Europe and USA.
While in college, he noticed his teammates would frequently ask him for advice and tips, he realized he could start a career as a coach. He took the challenge of coaching his then teammate, Dácio Campos, for the tours.
Since then, he has worked in several world wide known training centers such as the Nick Bolletieri Tennis Academy, Bradenton, Florida Rod Lavers Academy, Boca Raton, Florida among others.
